CLS Group is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead crews in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunication towers and supporting structures.

The Tower Foreman for CLS Group must be willing and able to climb towers in order to perform job duties, which include a minimum 5 years of experience with the following duties and qualifications:

-General Tower and Ground Maintenance
-Safety Climb Repair/Replacement
-Member/Hardware Replacement
-Foundation Repair (above grade remediation to minor chips and cracks)
-Ability to Plumb / Tension Guyed Towers
-Certified Competent Climber (Comtrain preferred, Gravitec acceptable)
-Experience with tower rigging techniques

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience:

-Stacking / Dropping / Decommissioning Towers
-Foundation Construction

Tower Foreman must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, as job is primarily outdoors during all seasons. This nature of climbing required for this position is physically demanding. Must have the ability to regularly lift at least 75 lbs on uneven terrain. Crew members are frequently kneeling, bending, stooping, stretching and standing for extended periods of time.

-Must be willing to travel 75-100% of the time
-Must be willing to work weekends when needed
