We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Site Acquisition Manger. Ideal candidates would be local to Louisville, KY Metro Area. Ability to travel as project needs arise is required.

- Responsible for candidate selection and submittals for Small Wireless Facility (aka Small Cells) locations
- Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work adheres to project timelines.
- Responsible for the completion of Zoning and Permit applications for submittal to jurisdictions and serves as a point of contact for the community and/or government agencies
- Prepares Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP’s)
- Coordinates title services, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction drawings as required.
- Prepare status reports and updates databases, attends client meetings or deployment calls as required.

An Ideal Candidate would have prior experience of the following:

- Evaluating right of way requirements and ownership
- Working with utility companies on communication space equipment or fiber placement and its corresponding agreements
- Creating mapping tools using Google Earth, GIS or other mapping software
- Understanding Survey information and Title Legal descriptions
- Reviewed, approved or submitted building permit applications
- Attended and/or conducted zoning hearings
- Working knowledge of the wireless industry
