The Project Manager is responsible for managing the cost, quality and schedule for wireless site development & modification projects for work performed by internal staff and vendors. The Project Manager manages the scope of work, pricing, resources, and schedule for new and proposed projects in accordance with existing contract terms and conditions.

• Must be able to read, interpret, and make necessary redline changes to technical construction drawings.
• Responsible for managing assigned staff and vendors for work in progress in regards to project deliverables and milestones
• Maintains project trackers, internal database, and client database for assigned projects
• Prepares cost proposals based upon established rates and/or solicits cost proposals from vendors based upon a written scope of work
• Responsible for managing the financial aspect of assigned projects including bidding and proposals, obtaining purchase orders, review / approval of vendor invoices, and revenue forecasting through project close out
• Reviews MLA and non-MLA lease agreements to garner information needed for leasing activities
• Experience and understanding of typical permitting requirements and process for jurisdictional approval
• Coordinates with landlords, building officials, and local jurisdictions to schedule site walks

Desired candidate qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Project Manager for Wireless Telecommunications projects with responsibilities listed above.
• Ability to manage multiple functions/tasks in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills, especially with working with remote teams
• Skilled use of MS Office suite of applications.
