The Warehouse and Safety Coordinator for CLS Group provides daily coordination of warehouse activities, administrative support to the division, and safety coordination and training oversight to field personnel.


• Ensures safety compliance of warehouse activities.
• Oversees and coordinates safety training and certifications of field resources.
• Completes site closeout packages according to client specifications.
• Ensures rolling equipment is ready for deployment each week and ensures loads are secured properly.
• Controls warehouse product through ordering, loading and moving product.
• Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to need and updates location.
• Sorts and places equipment on shelves or bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type style or product code. Labels equipment with identifying information.
• Prepares product for loading and shipment by “kitting up” materials, directing movement to staging area, and resolving problems.
• Works with accounting department to verify product and materials inventory reports and makes adjusting entries recommendations.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Manages routine facility maintenance, cleaning and sanitization.


• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety and Health
• Forklift truck certification required (training available)
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision.
• Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, construction drawings, and procedure manuals.
• Requires walking, standing, squatting, bending and kneeling with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
